Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions can be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to submit a return request. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Requirements: Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused and in the original packaging. Items that require hygiene care must be properly cleaned before returning.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain skincare products.


Return Process

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (if damaged)

Refunds

Procedure: Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account.

Costs

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be shipped to China, with return costs starting from $30 USD, paid by the customer.


Exceptions

Defective or incorrect items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If the second shipment also contains an error, you will receive a full refund.

Order cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated processing system.
